Nicholas trained at Drama Centre London under Reuven Adiv, studying techniques from the direct teachings of Lee Strasbourg and Uta Hagan. An experienced and versatile actor, Nicholas has performed across a wide range of mediums throughout the UK and internationally: including theatrical productions in the West End and on Broadway.

A Shakespeare specialist, Nicholas has played many leading roles including Romeo and Hamlet, with companies such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Regents Park Open Air Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe. He also has direct experience working on large-scale opera, having played Lysander in The Fairy Queen for Glyndebourne Festival Opera at Opéra Comique, Théâtre de Caen and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
