We’re thrilled to welcome back this biennial celebration of piano excellence, now in its ninth edition. Talented young pianists from around the globe descend on Manchester for a week of inspiring music-making, both performing on stage and learning from an international jury panel.

The competition culminates in a thrilling final: three outstanding finalists perform their chosen concerti with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Geoffrey Paterson.

Join us throughout the week to experience the full scope of the competition. The early rounds and semi-finals are free to attend, offering a unique opportunity to hear rising stars at the start of their journey.
