As an outstanding and passionate musician, Jung Eun Séverine Kim is a highly valued guest all over the world. She has performed in halls such as the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg and as a soloist with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra and more. She has performed at major festivals such as Seoul Symphony Festival or Mozartfest Würzburg.

Numerous prizes at international competitions including the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition, the Chopin Competition in Hannover and the Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition enrich her frequent concert activities. She began her studies at the Korean National Institute for the Gifted in Arts with Daejin Kim. In 2011, she moved to the Hochschule für Musik Theater und Medien Hannover, where she is currently enrolled in the class of Bernd Goetzke in the prestigious program named Konzertexamen. In addition, she deepens her knowledge of chamber music with Markus Becker. From April 2023, she is a faculty member of the piano department in the same institution.

Jung Eun Séverine Kim is artistic director of the Celler Sommerkonzerte Festival.
