Both of these pieces by RNCM Head of Composition, Adam Gorb, were inspired by visual art - Ascent by Cezanne’s series of paintings of Mont St Victoire in southern France, and Scenes from Bruegel by the work of Flemish painter Pieter Bruegel.

So come along and let the renowned RNCM Wind Orchestra take you on a musical journey to the summit of a mountain and through the intricacies of 16th century Flemish village life.
