…The Hallé list just out. The pianists are Cortot, Myra Hess, Moisiewitsch. Vn. Catterall, Daisy Kennedy. Vocalists out of the Beecham Co. Vncllo Felix Salmond. Hardly any new works, & those only small ones by Goossens and Butterworth. Conductors Beecham 7 concerts, Goossens 3, Harty 3, Ronald 2. I expect I shan’t go to any – in fact I shall not be able to go anywhere, it will take me all my time and energy to get the “must-be-dones” accomplished…
